Anna is an endurance athlete and RYT200 certified yoga teacher. She found pilates as a way to support her marathon training and has been hooked ever since. Her classes are alignment-focused with modifications to fit every body. As a multi-disciplinary teacher, she loves connecting with students to help them reach their individual goals, whether it's doing pushups on their toes or completing an Iron Man. Anna is thrilled to be a part of the RockSalt Team!
