Dana is a dancer at heart and brings a lifetime of discipline and training to her teaching style at RockSalt. She studied classical ballet for over 10 years followed by modern dance during her time at UCLA. She left the corporate world to raise her three children and committed her free time to investing in fitness and personal growth. In recent years she's been an avid hip hop dancer and performed in several flash mobs. She's had extensive experience with strength training, circuit training and yoga. As a RockSalt Certified Pilates Instructor, Dana wants to help others achieve more life-balance and grow stronger inside and outside the studio.
