Jamie has been committed to a healthy lifestyle her entire life and has always enjoyed working out. After years of consistent Pilates and Barre workouts, she discovered RockSalt in early 2015 and was instantly hooked. Jamie fell in love with this unique approach to Pilates. She juggles a full-time career working for a technology company and leverages RockSalt to clear her mind of the day-to-day stress, while getting in a good sweat too. As a RockSalt Instructor, she shares her love of fitness by delivering challenging classes while encouraging others to take it to the next level.
