Nicole's passion for fitness and health started early on in life as a runner. She soon realized how important strength and conditioning training was to her daily routine which eventually brought her to the 2012 Olympic Trials in Racewalking. She continued on her running journey racewalking for the USA U-23 division and winning three National Titles in college. Certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Nicole has taught a variety of classes to help develop the breathe and movement connection that she feels is important to any type workout you take on. She firmly believes that keeping a healthy and strong body is important to set the stage for an all around healthy well being. Nicole is excited to teach and bring this mentality to the Rocksalt team!
