KRISHA ARNOBIT

Krisha is passionate about empowering people through movement. Her favorite thing about teaching is witnessing a student’s growth – not only in physical gains, but also in confidence from within. This is what makes teaching rewarding and leaves her inspired.

She grew up dancing hula, swimming, and cheerleading, which later evolved into surfing, yoga, and aerial sports. Krisha has a background in teaching power yoga, Shakti flow and Tahitian. She brings this dynamic variety of experience to RockSalt and it makes for a fun and energetic class. She can’t wait to practice with you!
