Clients must commit to a minimum of nine (9) consecutive months.

The credit card on file will be automatically charged on your enrolled start date and then every 30 days thereafter for a minimum of eight (8) additional months, completing the 9-month commitment.

Membership goes month-to-month after the initial 9-month commitment and may be canceled with 30-days’ advance written notice.

Once your membership is canceled, you may not access this Founding RockStars membership option again.

There is no option for freezing the membership.

Membership is applicable at RockSalt Castro Valley for RockReform group classes only.

Limited to one (1) RockReform group class per day.

Memberships are not shareable or transferable.

At the end of each 30-day period, any and all unused classes from the monthly membership allotment will expire. They are not shareable, transferable, and do not roll over to the next 30-day period.

Late cancels on all memberships, unlimited packages, and contracts will automatically incur a $15 charge to the credit card on file; $25 for no-shows. No exceptions.

There are no full or partial refunds for unused classes at the end of each 30-day period.

Additional add-on classes may be purchased during a given 30-day period while membership remains active.

Late cancels and/or no-shows will still count as a used class. No exceptions will be granted.

For your safety and comfort, grip socks are required for all classes. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase RockSocks in the studio.

A 12-hour class cancellation policy applies.

First-time clients must arrive 5 minutes before class begins.

Returning clients have a 5-minute grace period after the start time.

Switching a class within the 12-hour cancellation window still counts as a cancellation.

Anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes after the start of class will not be allowed to participate.

Instructors and class schedules are subject to change at any time without advance notice.

All sales are final.
