New to RockSalt? Here’s How to Book Your First Class
If you’re thinking about trying RockSalt for the first time—welcome! Whether you're looking to stretch it out, build strength, or break a sweat, we’ve got a spot waiting for you. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you book your first class (and take advantage of our first-timer offers while you're at it!).
Step 1: Head to rocksaltpilates.com
Start by visiting our website to explore everything we offer. From our signature Stretch, Strength, and Sweat classes to our studio schedules, you’ll get a feel for what works best for you.
Step 2: Choose Your Studio
We’ve got four convenient locations:
📍 San Mateo
📍 San Jose
📍 Redwood City
📍 Menlo Park
(👀 Plus—Palo Alto is opening soon!)
Pick the one closest to you or where you want to train, then click on it to view that studio’s schedule.
Step 3: Click on Any Class
Browse through our schedule and tap on any class that catches your eye. You'll be automatically redirected to that studio’s Mindbody booking page.
Step 4: Create a Mindbody Account
Booking is done through Mindbody, and you’ll need to create an account that’s specific to the studio location you’re visiting.
Already have an account at one of our studios? You’ll still need to create a new one if you’re visiting a different location for the first time.
Step 5: Choose Your Intro Offer
As a first-timer, you’ve got two great options:
✨ $20 First Class – perfect if you want to test the waters
✨ First 5-Pack for $99 – ideal if you're ready to get into a rhythm
You’ll be prompted to purchase your offer before booking your class.
Step 6: Book Your Class
Once your Mindbody account is set and your intro offer is active, you can book your class directly. Just show up, move with us, and get ready to feel the difference.
