If you’re thinking about trying RockSalt for the first time—welcome! Whether you're looking to stretch it out, build strength, or break a sweat, we’ve got a spot waiting for you. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you book your first class (and take advantage of our first-timer offers while you're at it!).
Start by visiting our website to explore everything we offer. From our signature Stretch, Strength, and Sweat classes to our studio schedules, you’ll get a feel for what works best for you.

Pick the one closest to you or where you want to train, then click on it to view that studio’s schedule.
Browse through our schedule and tap on any class that catches your eye. You'll be automatically redirected to that studio’s Mindbody booking page.
Booking is done through Mindbody, and you’ll need to create an account that’s specific to the studio location you’re visiting.
Already have an account at one of our studios? You’ll still need to create a new one if you’re visiting a different location for the first time.
As a first-timer, you’ve got two great options:

You’ll be prompted to purchase your offer before booking your class.
Once your Mindbody account is set and your intro offer is active, you can book your class directly. Just show up, move with us, and get ready to feel the difference.

Ren is a designer by trade, an artist at heart, and a powerhouse on the reformer. A year into her teaching path, she found her way to RockSalt — and for the past six+ months, she’s been bringing her creativity, energy, and signature playlists to the Menlo Park studio.
Her favorite part of teaching? When it all clicks: the music, the movement, and the magic of the community. You’ll feel it in every beat of her pop-rock-techno sets.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her teaching barre, baking cinnamon rolls from scratch, and spending time with her three amazing dogs.
